		<description>I know you asked me about this today and I said I had no clue...but what&#039;s interesting is that the Bear is still the symbol in Germany - specifically Berlin. I think it was probably a symbol used prior to the War, but maybe died out for a bit afterwards as a result of being used to build nationalism/patriotism/loyalty during the Nazi days. The Bear is probably a sign for Berlin and Germany...which was still used under the Nazi party. In other words, I&#039;m not so sure it&#039;s a symbol of Nazi propaganda as it is German pride. Just an idea...</description>
